About Us
Under the leadership of the Vice-President and Pro-Vice-Chancellor (Research), RADO was established to support the development of research-related administration and to cultivate a strong research culture at the University; and is committed to driving cohesive coordination and strategic oversight to foster a vibrant research environment and to advance research initiatives across the University.

Provide dedicated support and proactive coordination with relevant administrative offices/units to facilitate the efficient setup and integration of new academics’ research activities, ensuring a smooth settling-in process and familiarization with the research administrative procedures at the University
Collaborate with administrative offices/units to review and streamline the research administration processes, aiming to improve operational efficiency, reduce administrative burdens and deliver more effective support to researchers
Enhance the University’s research capabilities through administrative initiatives, such as implementing advanced and integrated support systems, conducting comprehensive policy reviews to empower researchers and accelerate research progress, and driving strategic initiatives that promote collaboration and innovation across administrative units
