Foreword
Building on the foundation of previous TFRA initiatives, HKU continues to advance research administration processes through digital transformation and process streamlining to better support the Principal Investigators (PIs).
Administrative offices/units continue to implement user-centric enhancement measures aimed at improving operational efficiency and providing practical tips for researchers navigating the research lifecycle. RADO has consolidated recent updates for dissemination to the research community, and welcomes feedback for discussion with administrative teams. Together, these efforts contribute to fostering a more responsive, transparent, and researcher-friendly environment at HKU.
